Due to how Miitopia works, strategies for specific enemies by changing Jobs just aren't worth it in my opinion- you're better off having a full Inn of 10 Miis, all with different Jobs, and if you think one'll be better for a specific fight use them. And also due to Tank raising resentment- a lot. The reasons for that are Speed- when going for a really difficult boss, you need to understand Turn Order, and when everyone's a Tank the turn order within teammates is completely random due to Tank's set speed outside of Food.

As for the Tank strategy, what's the point of grinding up everyone as a Tank to a high level when you could just grind up their main jobs? Plus, and All-1-Class team is pretty bad, as you need variety, and Tank as a job I'd say is one of the worst for an All the Same job team. It's a useful move, yes, but as a sole form of healing it's very situational.
